UI Ratio Resize to avoid panels laying over others on some devices

In app global notification system, to give users tips

a loading screen. being able to tap some things before they are loaded can cause issues

a new game mode: [redacted] . the host can place up to 5 zones

a first time start up system that informs new members of the hobby of some general nerf etiquette

A more responsive Gryd Creator Mode. sorry, the first version was only meant for some of the development builds

Zone Editor switch no longer sends users to outer space
Undo buttons removed for restructure, lowkey breaking the game
Lots of renaming!
Improved Zone page system, along with some minor exploit patches

Spectator Mode: Participants who are eliminated before the game ends aren't treated to a warm big nothing anymore. they can continue to watch the game in real time if they so choose.
New Colors and Colorways : New Glass Panes in the Gryd Creator make producing Gryds for your friends a lot more seamless and efficient. some of the other boring old gray panes now have nice neon glows too.
Minor Bug and UI fixes: More Panels have been resized throughout the app, to make things display normally on more devices, no matter the size. a few more bugs have been patched too, hopefully before they can become a problem for anyone

Balance Changes: Introducing hybrid scoring systems! Objective play is still rewarded more, but frags are more weighted.

Wiping the opposing team is now a quick and decisive way to victory.

by default, allied players are visible in game, and opponents are not!

zones can now be secured and contested! when an area is secured, it scores points for that team, even after they leave .when both teams occupy a zone, no one gathers points from the zone , and it becomes contested . secured zones wear off after 45 seconds of inactivity, who will you send to defend your zones? Bug fixes: + fixed a timer syncing issue where minigames would cause match timers to fall out of sync + minor game loop issues fixed

the app is now compatible with iPad devices. compatible, not optimized, playing with phones is still recommended as the best way to play. more changes will come from this soon + a more refined edge case system for gryd game play has been developed [mostly revolving around participants leaving games earlier than anticipated], making it much harder to break the game. immersion saved, crisis averted. + No Contest states have been added for when games have to be ended early, helping to keep every participant in the loop, and on the same page.

even more syncing for IPad compatibility
secured resource edge case handling
optimized screen syncs for the game to display properly on just about anything apple can throw at it
game balance changes
a baller new 2026 loading screen to tie it all together
tips with prime nerf culture are baked into the app too, and display on different loading screens throughout the app

This concludes the iPhone Edition beta phase
